Do I need to contact Building Control?You will need to contract Building Control before changing the use of an area with your workspace. Larger projects will require a Building Control certificate. In this case, a building control inspector will visit the site several times throughput the project to ensure all health and safety standards are met. We can apply to Building Control on your behalf.

How Will I Pay For The ProjectWe will give you a robust cost package which we will stick to, so no easy surprises. There will be a payment programme throughout the project. The only reason for a change in cost is if you decided you would like to add to works

What happens when the project is finished?As our client, we will give you all the support you need for any post project niggles. We are on hand to help if any small issues do arrive, fixing them free of charge.
